One of my best friends and I were having this conversation over the weekend, and she expressed that she too wanted to become an entrepreneur and while I encouraged her I also gave her the harsh reality of owning your own company. This is not for the faint of heart regardless of how social media portrays it. And while it’s mostly hard, I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. Forever grateful that I get to do this everyday.

This week, I’ve been putting myself first. While indulging for the holiday and working long hours is something I’m grateful for (it means I spent time with my loved ones/ and my small business has business) I did have to stop and listen to my body. I’ve intentionally slowed down this week, nourishing my body with wholesome foods and hydrating as mush as possible. So, in case you needed to hear it… you deserve to take care of yourself as well. ❤️
