Overnight Oats Recipe With Mixed Berries & Almond Butter

I recently shared on Instagram, how l’ve been mindfully eating and balancing my meals. Attempting to be truly in tune with my body and what feels right. And can I just say, this overnight oats recipe with mixed berries has become one of my go-to breakfast recipes. It’s both nourishing and protein-packed, but it also makes me feel so energized. I’m sharing this recipe so you can give it a try!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup organic almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon organic chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • A dash of organic cinnamon
  • A dash of organic vanilla extract
  • A handful of organic blueberries
  • A handful of organic strawberries, sliced
  • A handful of raspberries
  • Drizzle with almond butter

Method:

  1. In a jar or airtight container, combine the organic rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, maple syrup (optional), and vanilla extract. Seal the jar or container and mix well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight. This allows the oats to absorb the liquid and the flavors to meld.
  3. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator, shake or stir the oats in the container, and then plate in a bowl.
  4. Add blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries – or any fruit of your choice.
  5. Lastly, drizzle with almond butter (peanut butter works well too), and enjoy!
