Next on my wellness journey (per my trainer @coach_otene) is more protein. So, I started analyzing what I was eating only to realize that I wasn’t getting enough. It’s been challenging since I’m not necessarily a heavy meat eater and three eggs for breakfast seemed excessive, but here I am. What I have been enjoying is finding new meals to cook that increase my protein intake and still taste 👌🏽. Let me know if you want some high protein recipes.
