Every month I share a mini-podcast with my newsletter peeps (you know who you are ❤️). Normally in these, we go deep. Often, I’m completely transparent, vulnerable and mostly raw. It’s my way of connecting in an intimate way that can often be lost on social media, with stories disappearing after 24hrs or reels not meeting the algorithm expectations.

With my newsletter, it’s our little slice of the internet where we can chat, connect and simply just be…for as long as we want.

However, after coming back from the first leg of my Puerto Rico trip and as I sit here and reflect how much more happened beyond recipe developing for my cookbook, I felt completely compelled to bring it here.

To share my story. My truths. My time in Puerto Rico. It was beyond therapeutic and I’m just grateful that I have this opportunity. Mom, I hope I’m making you proud.

To my family, I love you beyond words. Like I said when I was there, this will be OUR COOKBOOK. 🥹

I hope you sit back and enjoy - it’s a bit lengthier than most of my videos (sound on) 🥰

xx, Kathleen

Mother’s Day is this Sunday and this easy brunch idea is perfect for the festivities. I’m making it for my own gathering and figured I’d share the recipe. Comment “Frittata” and I’ll send you the link. Happy cooking!
